INAUGURATION OF NEW RESPITE HOME
Marbella mayoress Ángeles Muñoz officially inaugurated the new respite home created by the DEBRA Butterfly Children charity in Marbella. After cutting a big blue laze as symbol of the inauguration, Angeles Muñoz congratulated the charity for its hard work and also dedicated touching words to Nieves Montero, the mother of a boy affected by the Butterfly Children condition, who founded the charity and is its current president. The new facility will be a place for respite as well as a centre to be assisted by DEBRA nurses, psychologists and social carers for patients and their closest family members.

OPENING OF NEW PORTRAITURE STUDIO
Marbella-based wedding photographer Owen Farrell has just opened his stylish new portraiture studio in Nueva Andalucía, specialising in baby and children’s portraits. Capturing beautiful and creative images in the studio can be achieved in an hour-long session; and clients receive an online gallery which will show the portrait session in a slideshow. A full framing service and reprints are offered at the studio; maternity sessions can be organised; “poochie lovers” can pop along to the studio for a dog portrait session; and gift vouchers are available for Christmas.
